It’ll be a great chance to get to know your new IconInc neighbours too. We caught up with some of the brands, who will be involved in the events, to give you a taster of what’s in store.

Luke, from Seedlip, spills the beans… Tell us a little bit about the Seedlip story. Founded by Ben Branson in his kitchen in the woods, Seedlip is the world’s first distilled, non-alcoholic spirit, developed to solve the dilemma of ‘what to drink when you’re not drinking’. The inspiration behind the spirit was an ancient book discovered in the British Library. Written in 1651, the book is called the Art of Distillation. Seedlip has been taking the world by storm since 2016. What’s instore for our IconInc residents at the cocktail masterclass? We’ll be showing you how to create delicious non-alcoholic drinks at home and you'll go on a delicious, guided tour of all three Seedlip spirits - Garden 108, Spice 94 and the newly launched Grove 42. We’re excited to tell you about the category and its rapid development. What’s your favourite Seedlip cocktail? My favourite way to drink Seedlip is simply with tonic water. But with ten years in the hospitality industry I get incredibly excited to see new flavours within cocktails such as a tasty ‘Seedlip Grove 42 clarified milk punch’, using local cobnuts, rooibos tea and cacao nibs. Any tips to elevate our home cocktail making? Go big on the garnish! 96 percent of what we taste is down to aroma so a sprig of mint or even a cracked sugar snap pea on the top of your drink will help elevate the flavour of the spirits, reminding you of what is locked inside.

~ Well what can I say ~ What a whirlwind the last few weeks have been ~ We launched a brand new NA Spirit called Grove 42 ~ It's absolutely delicious, heady with pithy citrus, blood orange, ginger & lemongrass ~ I also had the pleasure of reading a Grub Street article with the legendary Dave Arnold & Don Lee ~ They spoke about something which resonates with me a lot.. ~ It's clear we have set classic cocktails. Cocktails have been served for over 200 years ~ Despite countless Shirley Temples over the last few decades the non alcoholic category has never been taken seriously before ~ It's down to us on the frontline to create the "classics" of the future with a real legacy ~ What an honour ~ This is one of my fav serves to date with Grove 42 ~ 50ml Seedlip Grove 42 15ml Lemon Juice 10ml Toasted Sunflower Seed Cordial* Top W/Ginger Ale Finely sliced Chilli ~ Built - Wine Glass - Cubed Ice
